Make Your Gear Stronger
Scrolls push your gear past what vanilla allows. Some gamble for enchanted books. Some add brand-new abilities. And the Atherium Altar turns a White Scroll into something special. Here is how it all works.
Random Enchant Scrolls
Use one and it hands you a random enchanted book. Higher tiers roll rarer, stronger enchants. They start at a basic Level 1 and climb all the way to results vanilla cannot give you.

Godly
Beyond VanillaCommon scrolls roll the basics like Sharpness, Efficiency and Protection. Climb the tiers and the levels climb too. A Godly scroll can hand you elite results like Protection V, Sharpness VI or Unbreaking IV that no normal enchanting table will ever give you.
Custom Enchant Scrolls
These are the good stuff. Enchants that do not exist in normal Minecraft. Use a scroll on a compatible sword, tool or armour piece and the new power is yours.
Venom I - III
Your sword hits poison the target. Higher levels poison harder.
Life Steal I - II
Heal yourself a little every time you land a sword hit. Stay in the fight longer.
Fortify
Every piece of Fortify armour you wear grants bonus hearts, stacking up to a full set.
Exoskeleton I - II
Permanent damage Resistance while the armour is worn. Tougher in every fight.
Last Stand
Drop to dangerously low health and you get an emergency burst of buffs to turn the tide.
Vein Miner
Break one ore and the whole vein goes with it. A miner's best friend.
Treecapitator
Chop the bottom log and the entire tree comes down at once.
Excavation
Dig a whole 3x3 face in a single break. Clear ground in a fraction of the time.
Alchemy
The stone and coal you mine has a chance to turn into better loot. Raw metals, lapis, even the odd diamond, emerald or netherite scrap.
The White Scroll & Atherium Altar
A White Scroll on its own is a blank slate. Bring it to an Atherium Altar with an Atherium Shard. The altar forges it into one random custom enchant scroll from the nine above.
Place the White Scroll
Right-click the altar holding a White Scroll. It lifts up and hovers over the altar.
Add an Atherium Shard
Use an Atherium Shard on the altar. The scroll transforms in a burst of Atherium energy.
Collect your scroll
Out pops one random custom scroll. Apply it to your gear and you are done.

Changed your mind? Right-click the altar with an empty hand to take the White Scroll back. Breaking the altar returns it safely too.
